Faced with tracking delays, redundant calls, and customer escalations, I designed a four-queue prioritized interface supported by smart logic and a load-locking mechanism to eliminate noise and prevent overlap. The tool reshaped team behavior, boosted tracking accuracy, and gave both near-shore and sales teams a clear, consistent workflow. It ultimately created a streamlined, reliable tracking process that strengthened service accuracy across the organization.
